Listing your club
Getting your club on Badminton Village puts you in front of players looking for a session near them. Registration takes about 10 minutes and your listing can go live the same day.
How to register your club

Go to /clubs/register
Create a free organiser account (or log in if you already have one), then start a new club listing from the registration page.

Fill in your club details
Complete all required fields — see the checklist below. The more complete your listing, the more likely players are to book.

Choose your plan
Select Free or a paid plan. You can upgrade at any time — see plan details below.

Submit for review
Our team does a quick check (usually within one business day) to confirm the listing meets our community guidelines.

Listing goes live
Once approved, your club appears in search results and on the map. You'll get an email confirmation with a link to your public listing.
What to include
These fields make up your public listing. Required fields are marked on the form.
Club name
Your public display name — keep it consistent with your other channels.
Location & court address
Full street address. Players use this for directions and check-in.
Days and times of play
Add all your regular sessions. You can add one-off sessions later too.
Skill levels welcome
Select all that apply: Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced, All welcome.
Session fee
Per-person cost. Set member rate and guest rate separately.
Contact details
Email or phone for enquiries. Not shown publicly — used for platform communications.
Club description
A short paragraph about your club's vibe, history, and what players can expect.
Photos
Up to 6 photos. Court shots perform best — they reassure new players about the venue.

After you're live
Editing your listing details
You can update your club details at any time from the Club Dashboard. Go to Club Dashboard → Settings → Listing. Most changes (description, photos, fees) take effect immediately. Changes to court address or session times are re-reviewed before going live, usually within a few hours.
To add a new recurring session or remove an old one, go to Club Dashboard → Sessions. You can also add one-off sessions (e.g. for a holiday tournament) from that page.
How bookings and payments work
When a player books a session, they pay at the time of booking. The payment is held by Stripe and transferred to your connected bank account after the session takes place (see the Stripe payouts help article for full details). Badminton Village deducts its platform fee before payout.
All bookings and their payment status are visible in real time from Club Dashboard → Bookings. If a player cancels before your deadline, the refund is processed automatically and your payout is adjusted accordingly.
Quick FAQ
- Can I list more than one club?
- Yes. Each club is a separate listing under your organiser account. Manage them all from the same dashboard.
- How long does review take?
- Usually within one business day. You'll receive an email when your listing is approved or if we have questions.
- Can I temporarily pause my listing?
- Yes. Club Dashboard → Settings → Listing → Pause listing. Players won't be able to book while paused, but the listing remains in your account.
- What if I want to close down?
- Contact support to deactivate your listing. Any future bookings will be automatically cancelled and refunded.
